Our Story
FOLLOW THE JOURNEY OF A FAMILY FROM NAPLES AND WHO MANAGED TO MAKE A DREAM COME TRUE.

SIMPLY THE BEST NEAPOLITAN PIZZA WE COULD EVER IMAGINE SERVED IN SHEFFIELD.

THE DOUGH IS MADE FRESH DAILY ON SITE USING LIVE YEAST, CAPUTO ‘FARINA’ (FLOUR) AND IT’S SLOW FERMENTED TWICE UP TO 48 HOURS. THIS WAY IT’S EASY TO DIGEST WITH A PUFFY ‘CORNICIONE’ (CRUST). OUR PIZZAS ARE STRETCHED BY HAND IN THE TRADITIONAL NEAPOLITAN SHAPE OF ‘RUOTA DI CARRO’ (CARRIAGE WHEEL) ALWAYS OVER 12” DIAMETER.

We only use ingredients we source ourselves from in and around the Naples region, just like we do back home in Italy.
